Philip K. Dick meets Disney

December 24, 2008

If we survive the end of the world in 2012, we will happily sit down in our ruined homes (or whatever it would be) and tune on King of the Elves, Disney’s 51st animated cartoon based on Philip K. Dick’s short story. The synposis of which is:

Based on the Phillip K. Dick’s short story about an average man living in the Mississippi Delta, whose reluctant actions to help a desperate band of elves leads them to name him their new king. Joining the innocent and endangered elves as they attempt to escape from an evil and menacing troll, their unlikely new leader finds himself caught on a journey filled with unimaginable dangers and a chance to bring real meaning back to his own life.

IF we survive. (there’s hope, though)
